A HUGE thank you to everyone involved in the filming of the first Swoove Fitness DVD. You were all brilliant, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, enthusiastic & "Swooving" bunch of people. In honour of the pink hair returning I will be asking everyone to adorn their brightest pink (preferably wigs) to class and donate £1 to the local charity 4sight.
