A HUGE thank you to everyone involved in the filming of the first Swoove Fitness DVD. You were all brilliant, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, enthusiastic & "Swooving" bunch of people. In honour of the pink hair returning I will be asking everyone to adorn their brightest pink (preferably wigs) to class and donate £1 to the local charity 4sight. Our town mayor, Sujan Wickremaratchi's daugher has a degenerative disease that affects her eyesight and will possibly make her go blind. This local charity will help [...]

I think our Swoove Fitness meeting and nails session was pretty productive. I wrote with my left hand (mmmm!) the meeting closed at 22.22 & nails were perfected by gone 11pm.....that's a normal board meeting....right?!   #iliketoswooveit
