About Me
Hi after becoming qualified a few years back as a fitness instructor, I have been teaching a few circuits classes for the past couple of years, I have just gained the Swoove certificate and I am now pleased and exited that I can teach Swoove Fitness classes.

Swoove Fitness Studio class: Starting on a Tuesday from September 9:30am-10:30am
